Ingredients

  • 200 g natural cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tortilla wraps
  • 150 g cooked ham slices
  • 3 handfuls fresh baby spinach

  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 carrot

Preparation

    In a medium bowl, stir the cream cheese smooth with the lemon juice. Peel the garlic, press it directly into the cheese mixture, and mix everything well. Season the cream with salt and pepper.

    Spread the 3 tortilla wraps on the work surface and evenly spread the prepared cream cheese mixture to the edges.

    Distribute the cooked ham evenly over the tortillas, ensuring the surface is well covered but the slices overlap as little as possible. Also, spread the baby spinach on top. Important: Leave an approximately 1–2 cm wide edge on one side of each tortilla, spread only with cream cheese – this helps with holding it together.

    Now tightly roll up the tortillas towards the free edge. If the rolls don't hold by themselves, they can be secured with a toothpick.

    Cut each roll crosswise into 6 equal pieces and serve the rolls immediately.
Tip
For extra crunchiness, you can also fill the tortillas with thin strips of red bell pepper, cucumber, or carrots.
