Ingredients
- 1 piece Carrot
- 500 g Ground beef
- 60 g Breadcrumbs
- 2 g Cheddar cheese
- 1 piece Egg
- 2 pieces Pitted green olives
- 80 g Grated cheese
- 1 piece Bell pepper red/yellow/green
- 3 g Fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 3 g Salt
- 3 g Ground pepper
Preparation
- 1Mix all ingredients together and season with salt & pepper to taste.
- 2Form meatballs from the mixture and then fry them in a little oil.
- 3From here, you can be creative and create a spider using bell pepper strips or carrot strips.
- 4The meatballs can also be cooked in an air fryer or oven instead of frying them.
