Ingredients
- 100 g oats
- 30 g whey protein (e.g., vanilla)
- 200 ml whole milk (or plant-based milk)
- 50 g fresh strawberries
- 50 g fresh raspberries
- 50 g fresh blueberries
- 10 g unsalted pistachios
- 1 handful fresh mint
Preparation
- 1Place the oats together with the milk and 200 ml of water in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the porridge reaches the desired creamy consistency. This usually takes only a few minutes. Then remove the saucepan from the heat.
- 2In a glass or shaker, mix the protein powder with 100 ml of water until smooth. Stir the protein mixture into the oatmeal. Adjust the consistency as desired – if the porridge is too thick, simply add a little more milk or water.
- 3Pour the finished oatmeal into bowls. Garnish with fresh berries, coarsely chopped pistachios, and mint leaves, and enjoy immediately.
