Ingredients
- 120g broccoli
- 60g potatoes
- 30g fish (salmon or cod)
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
Preparation
- 1Wash potatoes and broccoli and cut into smaller pieces. Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces. Rinse the fish and pat it dry with a cloth.
- 2Put all ingredients into a pot. Add enough water to the pot so that all ingredients are covered with water. Simmer for 10-15 min.
- 3Separate the cooked ingredients from the remaining cooking water using a sieve. Collect the water in a separate bowl.
- 4Puree all ingredients and add a spoon of rapeseed oil. To regulate the consistency of the porridge, add the reserved cooking water until the porridge has the desired consistency.
