Ingredients
- 200g whipping cream
- 250g mascarpone
- 250g quark
- 70g sugar
- A little lemon zest
- 250g fresh strawberries
- 1 large orange
- 150g ladyfingers
Preparation
- 1Whip the cream stiff in a mixing bowl with a hand mixer and chill. In a separate bowl, mix mascarpone and quark. Add the sugar and stir until dissolved. Mix in the lemon zest and fold in the whipped cream.
- 2Wash the strawberries, remove the green stems, and cut them into small pieces. Mix with sugar and let sit for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, squeeze the orange and set aside the juice.
- 3Roughly crush the ladyfingers. Cover the bottom of four dessert glasses (250 ml each) with them. Drizzle each ladyfinger with a little orange juice, then add approx. 2 tbsp fresh strawberries on top of the ladyfingers, followed by approx. 3 tbsp cream.
- 4Repeat the process until the ladyfingers, orange juice, strawberries, and cream are used up. Chill the strawberry tiramisu for at least 2 hours before serving. The strawberry tiramisu will keep in the refrigerator for at least one day.

A little tip: The quiche tastes best when it has had some time to rest after baking. This way, the flavors combine perfectly and the filling becomes nice and stable. Serve it best lukewarm with the fresh parsley salad as a contrast.
