Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 apple
- 1 handful of leaf spinach
- 1 orange
- 2 cm piece of ginger
- 100 ml water
Preparation
- 1Peel the banana. Core and quarter the apple. Peel the orange and ginger. Wash the spinach.
- 2Process all ingredients in a blender to make a smoothie.
- 3If you prefer the smoothie a bit thinner, you can add some water.
