Ingredients for the Noodles
- 500g floury potatoes
- 250g flour
- 30g + 2 tbsp butter (unsalted)
- 1 pinch salt
Ingredients for the Sauce
- 100g poppy seeds
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 2cl rum
- Powdered sugar
Preparation of the Noodles
- 1Ideally, cook the potatoes the day before and let them cool peeled, then finely mash them and knead with the flour, butter, salt, and egg to form a smooth dough.
- 2Roll out finger-length noodles and cook for approx. 10 minutes. Then drain the noodles.
Preparation of the Sauce
- 1Melt the butter in a pan, mix with sugar, 1 tbsp water, and a shot of rum. Toss the noodles in it and mix in the poppy seeds.
- 2Arrange the noodles, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and enjoy.
