Ingredients
- 200g Tofu
- ½ Cucumber
- 20g Tablespoons Peanuts
Ingredients for the Dressing
- 1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- ½ Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- A pinch of Salt
- A pinch of Pepper
- ½ Teaspoon Turmeric
Preparation
- 1Cut tofu into small cubes and marinate briefly with 1 tbsp soy sauce. Then, if desired, fry in a pan with a little neutral oil until golden brown. Set aside and let cool.
- 2Wash cucumber and cut into cubes.
- 3Mix all ingredients for the dressing in a small bowl or glass until a smooth, creamy consistency is achieved. Dilute with warm water as needed.
- 4Place cucumber, (fried) tofu, and peanuts in a large bowl. Pour dressing over and mix carefully.
- 5Garnish with sesame seeds, fresh herbs, or a little chili to taste.
