Ingredients
- 500g Spaghetti
- 500g minced beef
- 500g canned chopped tomatoes
- 450ml beef broth
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- Bay leaves
- Some fresh thyme
- Parmesan to taste
- Some red wine
Preparation
- 1Chop the onion and garlic and sauté with a little oil. Finely chop the thyme and add it together with the minced beef.
- 2Cook the spaghetti in a pot of water. After the minced meat has browned a little, add the beef broth, a little red wine, and a few bay leaves.
- 3Finally, add the chopped tomatoes to the Bolognese, along with some pasta water. Once the sauce is ready, remove the bay leaves.
- 4Rinse the spaghetti, drain it, and add it to the Bolognese sauce, stirring well. Now portion the pasta onto plates, arrange, grate Parmesan over it, and enjoy with a sip of red wine.
Tip
The longer your Bolognese sauce simmers, the more aromatic it will become.
