- 300 grams Zucchini
- 250 grams red bell pepper
- 250 grams cherry tomatoes
- 250 grams red onion
- 30 milliliters olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 sprig fresh thyme
- Fresh basil
- 6 Shashlik skewers 100 pcs
Cut the cleaned vegetables into uniformly sized pieces so they cook through. Then thread the vegetables onto the grill skewers.
Mix oil with lemon juice, add the crushed garlic and chopped herbs, and season everything with salt and freshly ground pepper. Then brush the vegetable skewers with marinade and grill for about 15 minutes until cooked through.
Turn the skewers at regular intervals and brush with the remaining marinade.
Chef's tip
If using wooden skewers, soak them in cold water for 30 minutes so they don't stick to the grill. You can also skewer other delicious items like corn, asparagus, mushrooms, tofu, or halloumi cheese.
